Andrew is proudly pro-life and endorsed by Indiana Right to Life. As a Deputy Indiana Attorney General, he helped defend Indiana’s pro-life laws in court and stood up for the rights of the unborn. In the legislature, Andrew supported efforts to expand adoption and foster care, cut red tape for families, and invest in proven resources like crisis pregnancy centers and Safe Haven Baby Boxes. He believes every life is precious and will continue fighting to protect life at all stages.

Andrew has stood firm against any effort to erode the right to keep and bear arms. Proudly endorsed by the NRA, he is committed to protecting Hoosiers’ fundamental right to self-defense. In his first term, Andrew backed policies that defend law-abiding gun owners and preserve Indiana’s strong tradition of freedom. He will keep working to ensure Indiana remains a firewall against radical anti-gun agendas.

Making Indy Safe Again

Andrew delivered real results in his first term to make our communities safer. He co-authored legislation to hold rogue prosecutors accountable, led the charge as House sponsor to crack down on dangerous swatting hoaxes, and helped pass tougher penalties for violent illegal immigrants. He also secured new protections to safeguard the privacy of child crime victims. A former Deputy Indiana Attorney General and proudly endorsed by the Indiana State Police Alliance, Andrew is unapologetically pro-law enforcement and will always back the blue.

Standing Up for Common Sense and Stopping Woke Extremism

Andrew took on radical ideologies infiltrating schools, government, and taxpayer-funded institutions. In his first term, he supported legislation to eliminate state-funded DEI programs and led efforts to stop taxpayer support for obscene performances, especially those involving children. He believes government should reflect common sense, not political agendas. He will keep fighting to protect Hoosier values and stop woke extremism from taking root in Indiana.

Improving Education Quality and Expanding Choice

As a member of the House Education Committee, Andrew helped deliver universal school choice, ensuring every Hoosier family has the freedom to choose the best education for their child. A product of school choice himself, Andrew has fought to strengthen parental rights, expand high-quality options, and keep classrooms focused on reading, math, and critical thinking instead of political indoctrination.

Andrew is committed to ensuring that every legal vote counts and that Indiana’s elections remain secure, accurate, and transparent. He has supported commonsense measures to strengthen voter verification, maintain clean voter rolls, and protect Indiana elections from fraud and outside interference. He believes trust in elections is essential to self-government.

Fixing Property Taxes and Reining In Government

Andrew supports a path toward eliminating property taxes, starting with seniors over 65, so Hoosiers on fixed incomes can stay in their homes and keep more of what they earn.

Fighting for Term Limits

Andrew helped Indiana take a historic step by advancing a resolution calling for a Constitutional Convention to impose term limits on Congress. He believes public service was never meant to become a lifelong career. He remains committed to restoring accountability, citizen leadership, and a government that answers to the people.
